The hotel's decor is stunning. We booked three rooms and each had a distinct layout and size, but all provided comfort and cleanliness. Situated perfectly in Union Square, the hotel's tranquility means no city noise. The cafe is delightful for morning snacks or coffee, and the beds are incredibly cozy as you would expect from Westin.
My suite was outstanding! Unfortunately, my grandson's suite had a toilet issue that wasn't fully resolved despite maintenance visiting once. Reporting it during checkout yielded no compensation, which was disappointing.
The room was fabulous, and the hotel itself is stunning. We enjoyed the historical photographs displayed throughout the property. Even as locals from the Bay Area, it made for a special weekend getaway.
We've returned to the Westin St. Francis multiple times and plan to continue. The property is beautiful, and we love the bar and cafe. The location and views are simply exceptional!
